Nothing can dim the light that shines from within - Maya Angelou
There are times in our life when we feel called to seeking the support of therapy. Whether it is due to an anxiety, a depression, trauma, or a painful relationship with food, self and body, you are not alone. Your voice and message is important and you deserve a space to be heard.
Perhaps you are seeking freedom from some inner suffering, self-battling and uncertainty or maybe you are looking for support of a loved one such as your child and teen who you feel would benefit from a compassionate mentor. As a social worker and holistic nutritionist, it is my passion to guide adults and teens into a gentle process of connecting back to their sense of self on a deeper level.
Our time together involves a non-judgmental, compassionate space aimed to un-complicate challenges by helping to open awareness in a meaningful way. As my wonderful mentor and colleague Viola Fodor often says, "we don't need fixing, we need freeing". Through experiential discussions and exercises, my process assists in connecting individuals back to their own inner guide and intuition. Therefore, rather than relying on quick 'fixes' and 'will-power', this journey aims for lasting and sustainable transformation.
