“Nothing can dim the light that shines from within.” – Maya Angelou
Therapy is, at its core, about connection, growth, and meaningful transformation.
There are moments in life when the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, disordered eating, or struggles with body image and self-worth leads us to seek support from a therapist.
Whether you are navigating a painful relationship with yourself, with food and body, or simply feeling lost or overwhelmed—you are not alone. Your story matters, and it is essential to find a space where your voice can be heard with compassion and care.
Perhaps you are seeking freedom from some inner suffering, self-battling and uncertainty or maybe you are looking for support of a loved one such as your child and teen who you feel would benefit from a compassionate mentor. It is my passion to guide adults and teens into a gentle yet honest process of connecting back to their sense of self on a deeper level.
Our work together takes place in a non-judgmental, attuned, and grounded space where complex cicumstances and feelings can be explored with empathy and direction. Rather than focusing on surface-level solutions or short-term “fixes,” my approach centers sustainable, long-term healing through integrative, somatic, and experiential practices.
If you’re located in Burlington, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), or anywhere in Ontario (virtual online) and you are curious about my clinical background or areas of specialization—including trauma-informed therapy, Internal family systems (parts work), somatic work, and support for eating disorders—please feel free to learn more below:
