Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T) is a natural tool that helps to process difficult emotions - past or present.   

In essence, E.F.T is acupressure on your emotions, wherein you are guided to
'tap on' certain meridian points with our fingertips while sharing about a difficult emotion such as fear, anxiety, sadness or frustration. The relief from this can be experienced within a one minute round of tapping and continuous rounds begin to surface new insights, often healing feelings.
